My Work at Ebuyer

As a part of the Marketing department, we design and build assets for marketing campaigns for vendors such as Microsoft, Brother, ASUS, Logitech & Intel for their electrical goods. These vendors send in a brief with requirements, which we are careful to stay within brand guidelines.

We used to work with Asana, but with its limitations I suggested ClickUp. The team and managers all agreed to move to this new task management system and so I implemented it. I sorted through how we worked within Asana, discussed with task assigners what their issues were and made a plan to setup ClickUp, keeping the things they did like to use and added in what they wanted to improve.
